Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific fabric or tool you wish to return.

  Ensure the items are in their original, unwashed condition and securely pack them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
